What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of retail or supervisory experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple responsibilities
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Reliable transportation to the Brookside location
- High school diploma or GED
