About the Role

As a Dry Van Truck Driver at Anderson Trucking Service, you'll haul efficient, predictable freight on routes designed to maximize your earning potential. We specialize in drop-hook deliveries—you drop your trailer and move to the next load—so you spend less time at docks and more time productive on the road. This full-time position includes flexible lease-to-own arrangements that support your path toward ownership.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle hauling dry van freight on assigned routes
• Manage drop-hook deliveries to minimize dwell time and increase productivity
• Maintain full compliance with DOT regulations and FMCSA safety standards
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and management
• Maintain accurate logbooks and required documentation

What We're Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License, Class A (CDL-A)
• Clean driving record and current DOT medical certification
• Professional safety mindset and commitment to compliance
• Prior dry van hauling experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation

Dry van drivers at Anderson Trucking Service average $4,550 to $5,600 per week in gross earnings. Qualified new drivers receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and we offer flexible lease arrangements designed to support owner-operator growth and vehicle ownership.
