About the Role

You'll deliver comprehensive patient care in an outpatient clinical setting, managing a diverse patient panel with acute and chronic medical conditions. This locums internal medicine position maintains a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, providing the consistency of a regular practice with the flexibility locums assignments offer. You'll work collaboratively with clinical staff while maintaining autonomy in patient care decisions.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the full spectrum of internal medicine
• Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
• Develop evidence-based treatment and management plans
• Document clinical findings and patient encounters in the electronic health record
• Coordinate referrals and care with specialty providers as needed
• Monitor chronic disease management and adjust therapies appropriately
• Perform preventive care assessments and screenings

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in internal medicine
• Unrestricted medical license in Ohio
• Valid DEA registration
