Medlivo Therapy is hiring a full-time travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a skilled nursing facility in Haymount, North Carolina. This is a 13-week travel assignment offering $1,650 weekly gross compensation.

About the Role

Join our clinical team as a travel Physical Therapy Assistant in a dynamic skilled nursing facility environment. You'll work full-time (40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts) supporting licensed physical therapists in delivering direct patient care and rehabilitation services. This travel position offers the flexibility and earning potential that travel therapy professionals seek, with a competitive weekly rate in the Haymount area.

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed physical therapists with patient treatment sessions and rehabilitation exercises
• Help patients progress through therapeutic activities designed to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Document patient progress and communicate observations to the therapy team
• Maintain treatment equipment and facility standards in accordance with facility protocols
• Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals within the SNF care environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification
• Active state licensure in North Carolina
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation settings
• Strong patient care skills and compassionate approach to therapy
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the clinical team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a travel therapy role
