As a Life Sciences Industry Expert focused on Supply Chain and Manufacturing, you will work directly with executive leadership at major organizations to design and execute strategies that enhance operational performance and drive growth. Your expertise will guide clients through supply chain modernization, manufacturing process optimization, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that strengthen their competitive position in the life sciences sector.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with C-level executives to evaluate supply chain and manufacturing capabilities and uncover transformation opportunities
- Develop evidence-based consulting strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce operational costs, and accelerate time to market
- Design and guide implementation of supply chain modernization programs tailored to life sciences companies
- Research industry trends and competitive positioning to help clients establish sustainable differentiation
- Lead complex client engagements with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic recommendations into measurable business impact
What We're Looking For
- Significant professional experience in life sciences industry operations, supply chain management, or manufacturing
- Proven track record consulting with large organizations on operational strategy and transformation
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations
- Excellent executive communication skills and ability to build credibility with leadership audiences
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
