Constant Care Health Services LLC is hiring a dedicated full-time Home Health Aide in Southern Brooklyn, Brooklyn to deliver warm, dependable in-home support to clients who depend on a steady, caring presence each day.

About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with Constant Care Health Services LLC, you will care for elderly, disabled, and recovering individuals within their own homes across Southern Brooklyn. The position centers on helping clients manage everyday tasks while keeping them safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity. We are looking for someone patient and trustworthy who genuinely values one-on-one caregiving.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and light movement around the home to reduce fall risk.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for each client.
• Monitor client well-being and report any concerns or changes to the care team.
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout each visit.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality personal care.
• Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) preferred.
• Able to work full-time on-site at client homes in Southern Brooklyn, Brooklyn (this is not a remote role).
• Strong communication skills and attentiveness to client needs and safety.
