Talent Manager (Finance & Accounting)

About the Role

As a Talent Manager, you'll drive our business development efforts across the accounting and finance sector. You'll engage directly with hiring managers and finance leaders, understanding their staffing challenges, and delivering solutions through our network of skilled professionals. This client-facing role combines relationship-building, sales acumen, and industry expertise to expand Robert Half's presence in the regional market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing accounting and finance clients
• Assess client staffing needs through in-depth consultations via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide them through the interview process
• Negotiate placement terms and ensure favorable outcomes for both candidates and clients
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-qualified accounting and finance professionals
• Meet sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
• Stay current with industry trends and market conditions in finance and accounting roles

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or business development
• Understanding of accounting and finance roles and industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to exceed targets
• Proficiency with CRM systems and recruitment databases
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
• Bachelor's degree preferred
