Founding Product Marketing Lead

Join Recruitics as our Founding Product Marketing Lead in Grand Central, Manhattan — a full-time position where you'll shape how the world discovers and engages with our talent intelligence platform.

What This Role Involves

As the first product marketing leader at Recruitics, you'll chart the course for how enterprises understand and adopt our AI-powered talent acquisition platform. You'll own the narrative around what makes our data, AI, and automation capabilities transformative for modern hiring. Your work will directly influence how organizations predict talent trends, attract top candidates, and convert talent opportunities at scale.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases
• Craft messaging and positioning that resonates with enterprise hiring leaders and talent teams
• Build competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform product and sales strategy
• Create high-impact content, case studies, and sales enablement materials
• Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to align on customer needs
• Establish metrics and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and guide iterations
• Identify and communicate the core value of Recruitics' talent intelligence capabilities to target buyers

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably at B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies
• Proven track record launching products and building positioning in competitive markets
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to distill data and customer feedback into strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in recruiting, HR tech, or talent acquisition domains is a plus
• Comfortable operating in a startup environment and building processes from scratch
• Curiosity about how hiring, talent, and data intersect in modern enterprises
