Registered Nurse – RN – Home Health

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Perform skilled nursing interventions including wound care, medication management, and catheter care
• Monitor vital signs and patient health status; identify and report changes to physicians
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and communicate with the healthcare team
• Support patients recovering from illness or managing chronic conditions in their home environment
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and social services to ensure comprehensive care

What We're Looking For

• Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes in Friendsville and Blount County
