About the Role

Talent4Health is recruiting an experienced Travel Nurse RN – Med Surg to join our healthcare team in Crookston, Polk County, Minnesota. This full-time travel nursing position runs for 13 weeks, beginning July 20, 2026, and is ideal for nurses seeking variety and professional growth in a dynamic clinical environment. You'll work 48 hours per week on flexible 12-hour shifts, providing comprehensive bedside care to medical-surgical patients at a critical access hospital. The position offers the distinctive advantage of broadening your clinical experience while maintaining schedule flexibility that travel assignments provide.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and maintain meticulous clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Communicate clinical observations and patient status changes promptly to physicians and team members
• Support infection prevention protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe patient care environment
• Adapt efficiently to facility procedures while upholding established professional nursing standards

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota or valid multistate compact license
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical nursing experience in a critical access hospital
• Demonstrated competency and clinical confidence in medical-surgical nursing practice
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in fast-paced healthcare settings
• Adaptability, initiative, and genuine commitment to patient-centered care
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification recommended
