MediPro is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Eureka, Carroll County. This full-time position offers a 13-week engagement working 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, beginning July 27, 2026. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments to identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support patient goals and facility standards
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions including activity-based therapy, adaptive strategies, and assistive device instruction
• Document patient progress and therapy outcomes through detailed clinical notes and electronic records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, integrated patient care
• Educate patients and families on home management, adaptive techniques, and safe equipment use

What You Bring

• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license valid for practice in this location
