As a Notary Public on our team, you'll perform a critical function in the financial and legal landscape of Los Angeles. What You'll Do
- Execute notarizations on customer documents in full compliance with California notary law and state regulations
- Verify signer identity through accepted government-issued identification
- Confirm signers understand the documents they are executing and acknowledge their signatures voluntarily
- Maintain comprehensive records of all notarized transactions and archive documentation securely
- Guide clients through the notarization process and clarify requirements or limitations
- Inspect documents for completeness, legibility, and proper execution before certification
- Uphold ethical standards and refuse improper notarizations without exception
What We're Looking For
- Valid California notary public commission
