About the Role
As a mobile notary professional, you'll play a critical role in real estate and lending transactions by witnessing signatures, verifying identities, and ensuring strict compliance with state and federal notarization laws. This full-time position offers the flexibility of appointment-based work with earning potential that grows as you expand your client base and reputation in the industry.
What You'll Do
- Complete loan signing appointments at client locations throughout Kentucky and beyond
- Prepare and notarize mortgage documents and related legal paperwork with precision
- Verify client identity and review documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable state requirements
- Maintain detailed records of all notarizations, signings, and client interactions
- Coordinate scheduling with title companies, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth appointment execution
- Travel to various locations to deliver professional mobile notary services
What We're Looking For
