Jack in the Box is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for our Parkrose location in Multnomah County. As part of the 3 Brothers Restaurants family, which operates Jack in the Box restaurants throughout the Portland, Vancouver, and Salem metro areas, you'll lead a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service and quality in everything we do.
About the Role
This is a full-time Team Leader position where you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, mentor team members, and ensure every guest receives outstanding service. You'll work directly with your restaurant manager to maintain operational excellence while fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise shift operations, including staff scheduling and performance guidance
- Ensure consistent food quality, preparation standards, and kitchen efficiency
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
- Train and mentor crew members on procedures, safety, and company values
- Monitor inventory, product freshness, and food safety compliance
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Support marketing initiatives and community engagement in the Parkrose area
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational goals
