About the Role

As a new graduate RN or nurse resident with LifeBridge Health, you'll transition from student to practicing nurse through our supportive residency program. You'll work alongside experienced nursing staff and dedicated mentors who guide you through patient care delivery, clinical decision-making, and professional development. This role includes both day and night shift availability, with hours that may vary based on unit needs and staffing schedules.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care across medical-surgical, critical care, or specialty units depending on residency track assignment
• Develop proficiency in clinical nursing skills including medication administration, patient assessment, and care planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes
• Complete structured orientation and competency-based progression milestones
• Participate in residency educational sessions, skills labs, and professional development activities
• Build communication and leadership skills essential to nursing practice

What We're Looking For

• Current Maryland RN licensure or eligibility for licensure by start date
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
• Clinical foundation knowledge and commitment to patient-centered care
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment

What We Offer
