Join TCR as an Operations Support Specialist in our San Bruno, San Mateo County operations facility. This is a full-time role supporting the daily success of our workshop operations and customer service initiatives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
About the Role
As Operations Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our operations team, managing administrative and project-related tasks that keep our workshop running smoothly. You'll coordinate between customers, our internal teams, and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary customer liaison regarding repair approvals, estimates, and invoicing — ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
- Track and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability
- Manage administrative workflows including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping
- Process and organize work orders, service requests, and customer communications
- Support project planning and execution related to workshop expansion and operational improvements
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, coordinating with procurement as needed
- Maintain accurate records and databases for operational compliance and reporting
