What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support sustainable growth across the organization
- Partner with C-suite executives and business leaders to assess organizational needs, identify talent gaps, and design solutions that drive performance
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business budgets and market conditions
- Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives to build bench strength and succession pipelines
- Guide organizational design, restructuring, and change management efforts with sensitivity to business impact and employee experience
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and programs comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Champion employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives that strengthen retention and workplace belonging
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex workplace issues with judgment, confidentiality, and fairness
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior business partner or director-level role
- Deep expertise in compensation and benefits, employment law, organizational development, and talent management
- Proven ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives and measure impact on organizational outcomes
- Experience leading HR teams and collaborating effectively with executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment compliance requirements and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Strategic mindset combined with attention to operational detail and employee advocacy
