About the Role

You'll oversee the strategic coordination and delivery of global clinical trial initiatives within our Project Management Office, working at the intersection of research excellence and operational execution. This director-level position demands an independent leader who can drive alignment across teams, manage complex timelines and budgets, and ensure that every trial meets our rigorous standards for safety and efficacy while advancing our pipeline of innovative medicines.

What You'll Do

• Direct the planning, execution, and governance of multiple concurrent clinical trial programs at the enterprise level
• Lead cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, data, and supply chain functions to ensure seamless trial coordination
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and timelines for clinical trial delivery
• Manage stakeholder communication and alignment with internal leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while driving continuous improvement in trial execution
• Champion compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards across all clinical programs
• Develop and implement PMO processes, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree and 10+ years of clinical trial management, program management, or related pharmaceutical operations experience
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site clinical research initiatives
• Strong project management expertise, including familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, safety reporting, and clinical trial governance
• Proficiency with project management tools and business systems
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and attention to detail
