As a Senior Footwear Project Designer in our Design Accelerator, you'll drive the creative and technical development of footwear projects that push boundaries. Working within a dynamic innovation program, you'll take ownership of design initiatives, translating strategic vision into compelling footwear solutions that resonate with athletes and communities worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end footwear project design, from concept development through prototype refinement and production readiness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and supply chain teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing excellence
  • Develop detailed design specifications, technical drawings, and visual communications that guide product development
