Assistant Superintendent

Consigli Construction is seeking a driven Assistant Superintendent to join our Field Operations team in Milford, Worcester County, supporting the day-to-day delivery of active construction projects.

About the Role

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work hands-on at the project site, partnering closely with the Superintendent and General Superintendent to keep field operations running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This is a full-time, salaried (exempt) position within our Field Operations division, and it carries supervisory responsibility. The compensation range for this role is $76,000 - $89,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily on-site coordination and oversight of construction activities across the project site.
• Report directly to the Superintendent and General Superintendent on field progress, issues, and priorities.
• Help supervise crews, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain productivity and accountability.
• Support adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements in the field.
• Communicate clearly between the field team and project leadership to resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction field operations, ideally in a superintendent, assistant, or site supervisory capacity.
• A working knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and on-site safety practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades.
• Willingness to work on-site in Milford, Worcester County, as this is not a remote position.
