Accenture is hiring a RedHat Offering Lead focused on Private AI, Containers, and Automation in Culver City, Los Angeles County. This is a full-time position for someone ready to drive business strategy and client transformation in enterprise cloud and automation solutions.
About the Role
As an Offering Lead, you will own the go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for RedHat-based solutions, with particular emphasis on private AI platforms, container orchestration, and intelligent automation. You will partner with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to build compelling client strategies that drive digital modernization and operational efficiency across enterprise organizations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute market positioning for private AI, Kubernetes, and automation offerings within your region
- Lead pre-sales activities and solution design workshops with enterprise clients evaluating cloud-native and AI transformation
- Build and mentor a team of solution architects and technical specialists on RedHat platforms and related technologies
- Identify new market opportunities and manage the sales pipeline for infrastructure modernization and automation engagements
- Collaborate with Accenture's technology partners, RedHat teams, and client executives to align solutions with business objectives
- Oversee delivery excellence and client success for offerings in your portfolio
What We're Looking For
- Deep expertise with RedHat technologies, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerization platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise automation tools and practices
- Experience with AI/ML platforms or solutions, particularly private or on-premise deployments
- Track record of building and scaling technology offerings or managing large enterprise sales cycles
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for C-suite clients
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
