Build the skills for this role
Prioritize practical field competence over paper credentials for this listing:
- Safe use of hand tools and basic vineyard equipment
- Seasonal tasks: pruning, trellising, harvest hygiene
- Physical fitness, outdoor reliability, and following plot protocols
- Basic French or bilingual labels on the posting may signal multi-site or EU-style ops language—confirm with the recruiter
No certification family or costed courses were provided in CERTS.
Prepare concrete examples of outdoor or agricultural work: long shifts, heat/cold, piece-rate or team field work, and following safety rules. Be ready to discuss availability across seasons, physical limits, transport to Macon-area sites, and any prior crop, landscaping, or warehouse experience that maps to vineyard chores. Ask which plots, tools, and peak harvest windows apply.
Strong fit if you want active, outdoor vineyard work under a staffing-style listing rather than an office role. Weak fit if you need remote work, desk-only duties, or documented employer brand signals—those were not in the data.
