New Graduate Registered Nurse – RN

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in Bolivar, Hardeman County, providing direct patient care in our hemodialysis center. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for newly licensed nurses to launch their clinical careers in a specialized, supportive healthcare environment.

About the Role

As a graduate nurse in our dialysis program, you'll deliver essential renal replacement therapy to patients under the supervision of experienced nursing leadership. This full-time position is designed for recent graduates of accredited nursing programs who are pursuing or have recently obtained their RN licensure. You'll be part of a collaborative hemodialysis team dedicated to ensuring safe, effective treatment and improved patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Administer and monitor hemodialysis treatments, ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols
• Perform patient assessments and vital sign monitoring before, during, and after dialysis sessions
• Prepare patients and dialysis equipment, maintaining strict infection prevention standards
• Collaborate with the nephrologist, technicians, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients about their treatment plan, medications, and dietary restrictions
• Document patient information and treatment responses accurately in medical records
• Respond to patient needs and concerns with compassion and clinical attention

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current or pending RN license
• Knowledge of nursing fundamentals, patient safety, and infection control practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development
• Physical capability to perform clinical duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting patients
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Bolivar location
