About the Role
This full-time position drives enrollment growth and strategic market positioning for NYU Abu Dhabi's study-away program. In partnership with the Director of Global Outreach and Programs, you'll design and execute targeted outreach initiatives to boost awareness and application rates among students, academic departments, and partner institutions worldwide. This role merges educational leadership with strategic marketing to connect aspiring students with transformative study experiences abroad.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns targeting academic programs and student organizations across all NYU global campuses
- Design marketing collateral, digital content, and promotional assets highlighting the visiting student program's value and opportunities
- Connect with academic departments, student leaders, and key stakeholders in Abu Dhabi, New York, and other locations to amplify program visibility
- Oversee enrollment funnels and implement yield-management practices to increase student applications and enrollment commitments
- Establish and nurture partnerships with campus influencers, student organizations, and institutional champions
- Monitor program performance, collect student feedback, and optimize outreach tactics based on results and market insights
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years working in marketing, recruitment, communications, or educational outreach
- Proven track record executing multi-stakeholder campaigns and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written and spoken communication abilities; skill in tailoring messaging to different audiences
- Background in student recruitment, study-abroad programming, or higher education marketing is a plus
- Comfort engaging across cultures and international contexts
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in a team environment
