You'll manage the entire borrower experience, ensuring every customer receives personalized guidance tailored to their unique situation.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate customer financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage products and loan structures
• Shepherd customers through the complete loan process, from pre-qualification through final closing
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships by providing expert advice and responsive support
• Process loan applications with attention to accuracy and compliance requirements
• Educate customers on interest rates, terms, fees, and financing alternatives
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure smooth loan delivery
• Manage customer expectations and proactively address concerns

• Proven experience in residential mortgage lending or a closely related financial advisory role
