About the Role

What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive newborn care including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing techniques
- Monitor infant health and development; communicate observations to parents
- Maintain a clean, safe sleeping and play environment aligned with safe sleep guidelines
- Establish predictable routines that support healthy sleep and feeding patterns
- Communicate regularly with parents about daily activities and milestones
- Assist with light household tasks related to newborn care
Schedule Options
We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle: 12-hour shifts, 3.5-day rotations, or 7-day rotations. Whether you're local to Los Angeles and prefer commuting or would like live-in arrangements, we'll work with you to find the right fit for your needs.
