About the Role

As Legal AI Product Manager, you'll own the vision and execution of AI-driven products and features that address real challenges in legal practice. You'll partner across the firm—working closely with practicing attorneys, technologists, and clients—to understand evolving needs and translate them into compelling product roadmaps that deliver measurable impact on efficiency, quality, and client outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Define and prioritize product strategy for AI and technology initiatives serving legal workflows and client operations
• Collaborate with legal teams to identify pain points, validate hypotheses, and ensure solutions meet genuine market demand
• Work with engineering and design teams to scope features, manage timelines, and ship products that balance technical feasibility with user value
• Research competitive landscapes and emerging AI capabilities relevant to legal service delivery and practice management
• Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across the firm and with external clients
• Guide product decisions through ethical considerations, compliance requirements, and responsible AI principles

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and how these technologies apply to business problems
• Demonstrated ability to work across technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into actionable product requirements
• Familiarity with legal practice, legal technology, or professional services—or genuine willingness to learn the domain quickly
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences
• Analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision-making
• Project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
