In this full-time role, you'll connect referring physicians with our specialized rehabilitation services while building lasting partnerships across the region.

About the Role

Your position as a Clinical Marketing Liaison bridges our rehabilitation hospital and the healthcare community. You'll represent Encompass Health to referring providers, promote our inpatient rehabilitation services, and support sustainable patient growth through strategic relationship-building and outreach.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, medical practices, and referring healthcare partners
• Present information about Encompass Health's rehabilitation services to providers and healthcare organizations
• Support patient referral initiatives through direct outreach and provider education
• Serve as a dedicated contact for referring partners and manage inquiries about admissions and programs
• Organize and participate in community events, seminars, and networking activities
• Track referral metrics and provider feedback to identify improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, or similar business development roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, rehabilitation services, or hospital operations
• Self-directed approach to managing multiple priorities and initiatives
• Comfort with CRM software and marketing analytics platforms
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the hospital in formal and informal settings
