About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact as the primary point of contact for Wells Fargo customers in Ukiah. You'll combine relationship-building with financial expertise, serving individuals and small business owners seeking trusted guidance on accounts, loans, investments, and wealth management. Working in our community banking office, you'll be the face of Wells Fargo to local customers and help drive the bank's commitment to community engagement and economic opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Open and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Build and maintain a portfolio of customer relationships through consistent follow-up and service excellence
• Process account transactions, loan applications, and service requests with attention to detail
• Educate customers about Wells Fargo products including checking, savings, credit cards, mortgages, and commercial banking solutions
• Meet sales goals while prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide bilingual Spanish support to enhance accessibility and trust within the community
• Maintain strict adherence to banking compliance, anti-fraud protocols, and data security standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven customer service or banking experience, ideally in a retail or direct customer-facing role
• Fluent bilingual capability in Spanish and English, spoken and written
• Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of personal and business banking products, or willingness to develop it
• Commitment to compliance, ethics, and protecting customer information
