Anywhere Integrated Services is hiring a full-time Escrow Assistant in Maryland Heights, Saint Louis County to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted coordinator between buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders—handling the critical documentation and timelines that keep real estate transactions moving smoothly and securely.

About the Role

As an Escrow Assistant, you'll manage the detailed work that ensures every closing happens on time and without complications. You'll be the calm, organized backbone of the escrow process, coordinating with all parties and maintaining meticulous records throughout each transaction.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, review, and organize escrow documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness before closing
• Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and title companies
• Track important dates, requirements, and outstanding items to keep transactions on schedule
• Maintain detailed records and files for each escrow transaction in compliance with regulations
• Answer questions from agents, buyers, and sellers with patience and clear explanations
• Support the closing process and resolve issues that arise before settlement

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—you catch mistakes before they become problems
• Patience and empathy when working with agents, buyers, and sellers under pressure
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in escrow, title, mortgage, or a related real estate function (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Familiarity with escrow software and comfortable learning new tools
• Commitment to accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
