About the Role

This full-time position reports to the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef and involves managing menu preparation, buffet assembly, and coordinated execution during our events and banquets.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook banquet menu items according to established recipes and plating standards
- Set up menu components and verify all items are ready for service, replacing as needed
- Assemble and maintain buffet stations throughout service periods
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery for events
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
- Support banquet preparation activities under the direction of the Executive Chef
