About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead the sales floor and manage customer service transactions with professionalism and care
• Train, supervise, and mentor sales associates to meet performance expectations
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise according to company standards
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with loss prevention initiatives
• Handle cash operations, including opening and closing drawer procedures
• Execute opening and closing duties, ensuring store readiness and security
• Support sales goals and contribute to a welcoming store environment
• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays

• Retail or customer service experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
