Senior PBM Strategic Relations Director – GTM

RxBenefits seeks an accomplished Senior PBM Strategic Relations Director to lead go-to-market strategy and partner relationships in our Winooski, Vermont office. This full-time leadership position drives the execution of critical PBM initiatives and vendor partnerships in alignment with our strategic vision and financial objectives.

About the Role

As Senior PBM Strategic Relations Director overseeing GTM strategy, you'll serve as a trusted strategic leader responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with pharmacy benefit managers and key industry partners. This role bridges business development, account leadership, and strategic planning to ensure RxBenefits' market position and growth objectives are realized through strong vendor partnerships and aligned go-to-market execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategy for PBM partnerships and vendor relationships
• Lead strategic initiatives with pharmacy benefit managers, aligning deployments with organizational goals and financial targets
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with PBM leadership and strategic partners
• Oversee development and implementation of critical partnership initiatives that drive organizational value and market competitiveness
• Ensure all PBM strategic initiatives support RxBenefits' core vision, values, and long-term strategic plan
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate vendor partner feedback and market intelligence into business strategy
• Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform strategic relationship and partnership decisions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading strategic relationships and go-to-market initiatives in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare, or related industries
• Executive-level communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated success managing complex vendor partnerships
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with ability to balance partner needs against organizational objectives
• Track record developing and deploying multi-stakeholder initiatives aligned with organizational strategy and financial results
• Understanding of PBM operations, healthcare reimbursement, or specialty pharmacy (preferred)
• History of driving revenue growth and market expansion through strategic partnership development
