Zuora – Solution Architect – Manager

PwC is hiring a Zuora - Solution Architect - Manager for our Paradise, Clark County office. This is a full-time opportunity to lead enterprise business application consulting engagements and architect Zuora implementations that drive measurable business impact.

About the Role

As a Zuora - Solution Architect - Manager at PwC, you'll combine technical expertise with consulting leadership to guide clients through digital transformation. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, where you'll work closely with enterprise clients to assess their business challenges, design scalable Zuora and Oracle solutions, and oversee successful implementations. You'll own the technical vision of engagements while developing your team and driving operational excellence for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Lead and architect Zuora and Oracle-based business application solutions tailored to client operational needs
• Analyze complex client requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical implementation strategies
• Manage consulting engagements, coordinate resources, and ensure successful delivery and adoption
• Develop and deliver training programs to equip client teams with the skills to operate their new systems
• Mentor junior consultants and architects, building deep technical capability within the team
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 60% travel required) to support implementations and drive engagement success

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting and implementing Zuora or similar Oracle business applications in enterprise environments
• Strong track record leading client consulting engagements and managing implementation teams
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Expertise in business process optimization and operational efficiency improvement
• Excellent communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to client locations throughout the year
