About the Role
We're hiring now for full-time cooking positions in our hospital kitchen. This is a stable, ongoing role where you'll apply your culinary experience in a professional healthcare setting. Your schedule will be Friday through Thursday, with shifts beginning at 5:00 am and ending at 5:50 pm. Exact hours may be adjusted based on kitchen operations — more specifics will be discussed at your interview.
What You'll Do
- Prepare meals according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
- Meet patients' specialized dietary needs and healthcare nutrition requirements
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in a hospital kitchen environment
- Coordinate with dietary and nutrition staff to ensure timely, quality meal service
- Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Work as part of a collaborative culinary team serving patients and staff
