About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to deliver direct patient care during our night shift operations at our 97-bed long-term care facility. You'll be part of a team committed to resident-centered healthcare and meaningful quality of life for the individuals we serve. This is a full-time position working nights, providing essential nursing care in a family-oriented healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to residents including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team and physician
- Assist with activities of daily living and maintain resident comfort and dignity
- Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with all shifts
- Respond promptly to resident needs and maintain a safe, clean care environment
- Support the facility's commitment to personalized, spiritually respectful care
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid LPN licensure in your state
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
- Ability to work the night shift (11 PM–7 AM or similar) independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient advocacy skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care and compassionate service
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
