About the Role

As Senior Enterprise Account Executive for Health Systems at H1, you'll own the complete sales cycle for enterprise accounts in the health systems segment. What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise sales conversations with executives and key stakeholders at regional and national health systems
  • Develop and execute account strategies to identify and win major healthcare system deals
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes typical of enterprise healthcare purchasing
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with health system leadership to expand platform adoption
  • Forecast pipeline activity, track sales performance, and achieve quarterly revenue goals
  • Collaborate with product, customer success, and implementation teams to drive customer value
  • Represent H1 at healthcare industry events and conferences

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries
  • Proven success closing significant enterprise contracts with health systems, hospital networks, or healthcare technology buyers
  • Deep understanding of how health systems evaluate and purchase enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management discipline
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed
