Payments Sales Manager – Asset Managers – Vice President

JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Payments Sales Manager - Vice President for our Asset Managers business in Grand Central, Manhattan. This is a full-time position leading payments solution sales to institutional asset management clients.

About the Role

In this Vice President-level role, you'll drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and deepening relationships within the asset management sector. You'll own the full sales cycle—from pipeline development and client prospecting through deal closure and account expansion—while building long-term partnerships with institutional clients who rely on sophisticated payment solutions.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective asset manager clients through strategic account planning and relationship management
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with departmental revenue targets
• Identify client needs and position JPMorgan Chase payment solutions to address their operational and strategic requirements
• Execute account planning to expand wallet share and deepen client relationships across existing portfolios
• Collaborate with product, operations, and relationship management teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Achieve quarterly and annual new business sales goals through disciplined execution and market insight

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in payments sales or institutional banking sales within the asset management, hedge fund, or institutional investment space
• VP-level or equivalent experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and large-value accounts
• Strong expertise in payment systems, liquidity solutions, or cash management products
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand client businesses deeply and articulate value propositions that drive adoption
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and develop high-performing pipelines
