About the Role
This full-time position offers the opportunity to become an essential part of our operational team, working alongside the Operational Team Leader to maintain equipment integrity and maximize production efficiency. You'll develop expertise in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance practices that directly impact product quality and workplace safety.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs on production machinery and related equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules according to established protocols and best practices
- Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance activities for compliance and record-keeping
- Collaborate with the operational team to ensure safe, efficient production operations
- Support safe machinery operation and adherence to safety standards throughout the facility
