- Communicate with healthcare teams to ensure all visits are confirmed and staffed
- Track visit completion and prepare reports for management review
- Support billing and administrative processes related to scheduled services
What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in customer service, administrative work, or scheduling
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
