About the Role

As an Area Supervisor at Ross Stores, you'll play a key role in the success of our North Logan location. Ross Stores operates over 2,200 stores across the country, known for offering high-quality brands and trending merchandise at extraordinary savings. In this position, you'll partner with store management to drive operational excellence, maintain inventory standards, and create an engaging treasure hunt shopping environment that keeps customers coming back.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor store associates to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company standards
• Monitor sales performance, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy in your assigned areas
• Support store operations and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment
• Execute company policies and procedures consistently across your team
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Communicate effectively with store management on team performance and operational challenges
