About the Role

As an Overnight Stock Associate at our Pearl City store, you'll be essential to our overnight operations—ensuring every shelf is stocked, organized, and ready for customers to discover exceptional bargains. This full-time position works during our quieter overnight hours, allowing you to focus on restocking, merchandising, and floor maintenance without the daytime pace. You'll directly support our customers' treasure-hunt shopping experience by keeping our store stocked with high-quality, on-trend brands and designer merchandise that define Ross Stores' commitment to extraordinary savings.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of merchandise efficiently
• Stock, organize, and merchandise products throughout the store during overnight hours
• Ensure accurate product placement, pricing, and compliance with merchandising standards
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization standards
• Support the visual appeal and flow of the sales floor
• Track inventory and report discrepancies or merchandise issues
• Work collaboratively with overnight team members to meet daily objectives

• Availability to work full-time overnight and evening shift schedules
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise throughout your shift
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
