About the Role

We're recruiting an experienced Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic. This travel placement runs 40 hours per week on a standard 8-hour shift schedule, starting as soon as possible. You'll work with a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to patient recovery and functional improvement.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop customized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and rehabilitation goals
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and pain management
• Progress exercises and treatment protocols as patients advance through their recovery
• Document patient progress thoroughly and communicate with referring physicians and care coordinators
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term wellness strategies
• Maintain a patient-centered approach while meeting clinic productivity standards

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Virginia
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent credential
• Proven experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
• Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to quality patient outcomes
• Willingness to travel and relocate for a 13-week clinical assignment
