What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive people strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent across the orthopedics organization
• Design and lead large-scale change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and sustained impact across global teams
• Partner with business leaders to diagnose cultural gaps and implement people-centered solutions that drive performance
• Build compelling engagement programs that foster innovation, psychological safety, and high-performing cultures
• Lead cross-functional teams to accelerate organizational effectiveness and align global operations with strategic objectives
• Communicate organizational vision and priorities to influence alignment from frontline employees to executive leadership

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, or change management in large, complex organizations
• Proven track record leading transformational change across multiple geographies and diverse workforce populations
• Strategic business acumen with ability to translate people challenges into measurable business outcomes
• Executive-level communication and influence skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build inclusive, high-trust cultures where people thrive and innovation accelerates
