LifeStance Health is hiring a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD, PhD) for our Mint Canyon practice in Los Angeles County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive mental healthcare in a collaborative setting dedicated to making quality treatment accessible and personalized.

About the Role

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will deliver direct patient care within an outpatient behavioral health environment. You'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals experiencing mental health and emotional challenges using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team, you'll support patients in achieving meaningful recovery and improved quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based clinical modalities
• Evaluate patients presenting with diverse mental health diagnoses and behavioral concerns
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care coordinators to deliver integrated treatment
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical training

What We're Looking For

• Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field
• Valid California clinical psychology license
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and psychotherapy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based, culturally responsive patient care
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented healthcare environment
