About the Role

As a Home Health Aide with Valley Home Care, you'll work directly with clients in their homes to provide essential personal care services. This full-time HHA position focuses on helping individuals with daily living activities while fostering their independence and ensuring they feel safe and supported in their own environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming
• Help clients maintain safe, clean, and comfortable home environments
• Provide companionship and emotional support while respecting client dignity
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the care team
• Support clients' physical and emotional well-being within their homes
• Follow care plans and report any changes in client condition
