What You'll Do

- Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding payments
- Communicate professionally with patients regarding appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and payment matters
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA requirements
- Support inventory tracking and ordering of administrative supplies as needed
