About the Role
We're seeking a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapeutic services in an outpatient setting. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact on the mental health and relationships of clients in the Florence area. You'll work within our integrated care model, where behavioral health and wellness are prioritized alongside overall health outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using clinically sound treatment approaches
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with care coordinators, psychiatric providers, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive client support
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and facilitate positive behavioral and relational outcomes
- Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
What We're Looking For
- Valid Arizona license as a Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent state licensure
- Demonstrated experience providing therapy to diverse populations
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and client-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records systems
