What You'll Do

• Partner with authors and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate content into visually engaging layouts
• Import and organize text and image assets, then compose professional layouts using industry-standard software
• Apply brand style guides and established design templates to ensure consistency across all materials
• Produce print-ready and digital graphics including forms, reports, information graphics, and multimedia assets
• Maintain design quality standards and revise work based on feedback to meet project goals
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office programs
• Demonstrated experience creating layouts for both print and digital publication
• Strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, color, and composition
• Ability to follow design guidelines while adapting creative solutions for different formats
