Primary Care Physician needed in Port Orange, FL

HealthPlus Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive patient care at a well-established multi-specialty medical practice in Port Orange, Volusia County, Florida. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to build a meaningful practice with manageable patient volumes, on-site clinical resources, and a supportive team environment.

About the Role

This is a fully outpatient primary care position where you'll lead preventive care, acute care, and chronic disease management for a diverse patient panel. You'll work within a collaborative multi-specialty clinic that enables seamless patient referrals and coordinated care across specialties. The practice prioritizes work-life balance with flexible office hours structured around a 40-hour work week and minimal on-call duties (1:3 call coverage), freeing you to focus on clinical excellence and personal well-being.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including preventive exams, health screenings, and disease management
• Manage a patient panel of 15–20 patients per day in a fully outpatient setting
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and X-rays using on-site imaging and lab facilities
• Collaborate with specialists across the multi-specialty practice for integrated patient care
• Participate in minimal on-call coverage on a 1:3 rotation basis

What We're Looking For

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license
• Strong clinical foundation in primary care practice and patient relationship management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty team environment
